Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

All Keepsake Photo Books are made-to-order with your own customizations.

This means, we only start the printing process once we have all the customization instructions from you.

Once we have all the data, it takes 7 working days to print your book and ship.

Once shipped, it takes 2-3 working days to reach metro cities in India. And 5-6 working days to reach other parts of India. International shipments may take 10-14 days.

In total, you should expect your Keepsake Photo Book to arrive in 2 weeks.

In case this is a gift, do keep that in mind and plan accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

Since all our photo books are customized for you, we cannot cancel the order once they are printed.

In case of any physical defect with the book upon arrival, we will provide a free replacement.

If your book is not yet printed and you would like to cancel the order, you may request for free cancellation and full refund to the source account by reaching out to our support team on [email protected]
